Solo Journal RPG
Solo Journal RPG are solo role-playing games in which the player writes the story of a fictional character in the form of a journal, letters, memoirs, or notes. You step into their shoes, make decisions for them, and live out their adventures.
To keep it from being just a writing exercise, the experience is guided by a set of tools that bring structure and direction to the story. These include rules, idea generators, oracles, and of course, dice rolls. They act as a game master, introducing challenges, events, and unexpected twists that keep you guessing about what comes next.
The result is an addictive and rewarding experience. A solo roleplaying session can feel like starring in your own movie or Netflix series—with the added thrill that you are the one writing the script. For some players, it becomes an escape from everyday struggles; for others, an uplifting way to disconnect from the noise of social media and dive into their own stories.
My Games
I believe that, after spending some time in this hobby, it becomes inevitable to create your own games. These ideas were originally developed to get my friends into solo role-playing games, and I’m still working on perfecting them.
